How is the cleaning system
The cleaning of the mixing chamber utilizes an eco-friendly, non-toxic, non-flammable and non-corrosive washing liquid . The washing liquid does not mix with the material waste. This way it can be filtered and reused, while the waste is managed like a standard waste. A practical way to reduce costs and manage waste more easily because being normal waste does not follow the strict regulations of special waste.
How many operators does the Cartesian Robot or the Anthropomorphic Robot need?
As both the Cartesian Robot and the Anthropomorphic Robot are easy to use, only one operator is required to use the machine.
Is there any tool that enables operator safety?
Two safety measures are provided for the operator: the first is the enclosure that limits the operating perimeter of the robot, the second is the photoelectric barrier (usually two) which, if it detects the movement of the operator within the robot's working area, automatically stops the machine
What are your production times?
Our production time varies according to the complexity of the equipment necessary to meet your requirements. We generally take about 60 days to deliver a complete system with everything in place to start production immediately.
